This was a multi-property residential development project, consisting of an initial 1800m2 in the first phase and an additional 2000m2 for phase 2. Project scope included: Design of a turnkey residential development for a private investor, including all interior and exterior spaces. Project management was provided by Xenex Design and construction was completed in cooperation with a local construction company.
